Client project where we helped this couple prepare their house for sale. We transformed this 4 bed house into a 5 bed/ 4 bath house by adding a luxurious kitchen and primary ensuite, finishing the basement by adding a bedroom, bathroom, rec room and utility room. The house went under contract in 10 days.
